I am Holly Griffiths, a qualified counsellor and yoga teacher currently studying holistic therapies.

I use an integrative approach to therapy to work with you in a way that best suits your needs.

I found my way to counselling through my own experiences of encountering a lack of understanding and support within my own life.

As a child, teen. and young adult I battled anorexia nervosa, an eating disorder that took over my life for a very long time. In that time I experienced anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and high levels of shame and guilt. Growing up feeling ‘less than’ I struggled to find a place in the world around me.

It was through my recovery that I realised that I wanted to learn how to support others struggling with their mental health and that is where my journey to become a counsellor started.

During this time I have also had to opportunity to work with schools to talk to students about mental health and self-esteem, bringing awareness to the subjects and working towards making mental health part of normal, every day conversation.
